1. Information We Collect
We collect your name, email address, and payment information when you register or make a purchase. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and search queries to improve our service.
2. Signing In with Google
If you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us. We use them only to create and sign in to your LLBHUB account and to show your name and photo on your profile. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not access your contacts, Google Drive or any other Google data. We will then ask for your mobile number and date of birth to complete your profile, just as with email sign-up. You can remove LLBHUB's access at any time from your Google Account, under Security, Third-party connections.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to process purchases, deliver content, send important account updates, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
5. Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited, which notes are viewed or bought, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location based on your IP address. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, date of birth or referral code to Google Analytics, and we do not link analytics data to your LLBHUB account. Analytics is not used on admin pages. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your session, remember your preferences (such as dark mode), and analyze site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.
7. Third-Party Services
We use Razorpay for payment processing, Vercel for hosting and analytics, Google for optional sign-in, and Google Analytics to measure site usage. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not control their data practices.
8. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us at suvillbhub@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
